About the Role

The Enterprise Healthcare Project Manager is responsible for managing projects as assigned, including leading and coordinating projects independently or with minimal supervision across one or multiple departments and locations. This role completes projects related to strategic, financial, and market development activities and initiatives. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, through definition and management of project goals, scope, timeline, resources, and mitigation of risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. This role is responsible for project communication and management of numerous internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, and regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to various levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects involving multiple teams or departments
• Manage project goals, scope, timeline, resources, and budget
• Mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide project communication and manage internal and external stakeholders, including vendors
• Conduct project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects to get them back on track
• Support projects where deadlines and scope frequently shift, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to change
• Conduct effective presentations and facilitate discussions with stakeholders at all levels
• Support process excellence, project management, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and value creation
• Translate long-term goals into short-term tactical plans and operational activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management roles
• 1+ years of direct experience managing/leading highly complex projects involving multiple teams OR completion of the current KSC Administrative Fellowship Program
• Experience supporting project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects
• Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
• Solid knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, project metrics, and KPIs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to conduct effective presentations
• Demonstrated excellent facilitation and influence skills, working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Proven advanced spreadsheet skills, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and managing large datasets
• Proven solid critical thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
• Solid business and technical acumen
• Ability to think broadly and strategically
• This is an onsite role

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• 5+ years of experience in project management roles with 3+ years of experience directly managing/leading projects involving multiple teams
• Experience in healthcare data analytics
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects with significant positive financial impact
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize large-scale cross-functional projects and teams
• Proven ability to maintain a safe environment where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to express constructive thoughts and feelings
• Proven ability to foster an environment of creativity and innovation, focusing on empowerment and support of staff through tools and continuous process improvement
• Proven ability to influence results without direct authority in a matrixed environment, with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors

Pay

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
