Enterprise Data Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Data Architect to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the enterprise data foundation that supports analytics, regulatory reporting, and operational decision-making across the organization. You will design architecture for complex healthcare data environments, with particular attention to claims data, Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and compliance requirements. In partnership with technology, analytics, and business leaders, you will help translate enterprise needs into scalable, secure, and governable data solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,332 – $195,498 annually Responsibilities Design and govern enterprise data architecture across systems and analytics for Medicare Advantage Build and maintain comprehensive data models for risk adjustment and regulatory reporting Establish data governance frameworks with a focus on quality and compliance Integrate data from multiple sources into unified data pipelines for analytics Define security architecture in alignment with regulatory requirements Evaluate and recommend data platforms and cloud technologies Serve as a technical partner to cross-functional leaders, translating architecture into business context Qualifications 10+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data integration 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment with claims data and CMS reporting knowledge Experience designing data platforms in regulated environments for PHI/PII datasets Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and modern architectural patterns Proven ability to lead architecture initiatives and influence stakeholders Experience with agile delivery methodologies Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible work arrangements, promoting work-life balance Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Retirement plan options with employer matching Wellness programs aimed at employee health and engagement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
