About the role

The Mid-Level ServiceNow and OutSystems Cybersecurity Developer is instrumental in customizing, configuring, and enhancing the cybersecurity capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and OutSystems platform across multiple modules. This role is responsible for designing and implementing custom workflows, integrations, and automation rules to optimize the process related to cybersecurity process such as identification, response, and mitigation of cybersecurity issues and exception management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom workflows, integrations, and automation rules within the ServiceNow platform and OutSystems platform to enhance cybersecurity processes.
• Manage and automate workflows within ServiceNow modules like Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Integrate ServiceNow with widely adopted security tools across both public and private sectors.
• Develop data analytics solutions, leverage the enterprise data lake, and create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Translate complex, manual requirements into streamlined ServiceNow solutions, ensuring a cohesive security posture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements.
• Experience managing and automating workflows within ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with daily use of ServiceNow front-end configuration tools.
• Experience in stakeholder management and transitioning manual workflows to ServiceNow standard solutions.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with widely adopted security tools.
• Ability to independently gather requirements, conduct research, and develop solutions with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Skills

• OutSystems experience is a plus.
• Documentation and knowledge base creation skills.
• Technical concept translation for non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

$112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD)

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
