About the role
We are on the hunt for trailblazing, customer success representatives who want to help companies achieve amazing growth results. You’ll work with passionate team members focused on helping companies realize value from Revenue.io. The team is hungry to scale, grow, and change the customer success experience.
Responsibilities
- Help customers achieve business outcomes, not just technology adoption
- Spark exploration and improvement with key customer stakeholders
- Present clear ROI on the value customers are currently getting from the Revenue.io platform that aligns to their mission critical priorities (MCPs)
- Set and drive clear upsell/cross-sell targets and goals with your accounts and Account Executive counterparts
- Own product adoption, grow key relationships, and drive engagement with champions of power in all your accounts
Requirements
- 10X Empathy - proven track record or working with Support, Sales, Product, etc.
- Endlessly Curious - wants to understand people, processes, and the why - will not stop asking questions
- Hunter - not only focused on renewal but hungry to multi-thread and cross-sell to expand Revenue.io footprint with all customers
- Grit - learns from failures, iterates, and tries again never making the same mistake twice
- Customer Obsessed - you wake up thinking about the client's Executive priorities, how to help them achieve their results with product-related consulting and insights
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Compensation On target earnings split will be determined at time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits.

OTE Range : $120,000 USD - $165,000 USD
