Responsibilities
- Develops and executes creative concepts and design strategies for a wide range of marketing collateral, ensuring all work meets or exceeds expectations and business objectives.
- Designs high-impact creative content for company and/or family business needs balancing brand standards with innovative visual storytelling.
- Leads the end-to-end creative process—from ideation and concepting through final production—presenting design solutions confidently to stakeholders.
- Maintains and champions a cohesive and strategic visual identity, ensuring consistent application of guidelines across all deliverables.
- Produces digital, print, and animated design assets, crafting visually engaging content optimized for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Serves as a trusted creative advisor, fostering strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Shared Services and broader enterprise teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a Related Field.
- 3+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise, corporate, or large-scale brand/creative work.
- Strong command of creative and presentation tools; Adobe Suite, MS Office, etc.
- Demonstrated understanding of brand systems, visual identity standards, and consistency across touchpoints.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and high attention to detail.
