Enterprise Communications Specialist

This role is for a strong communicator who is comfortable leaning into technology to create and share engaging, easy-to-understand deliverables. Responsibilities
- Content Management: Lay out and distribute daily content across the company intranet, employee app, and email platform.
- Visual Storytelling: Design graphics and short-form videos to make digital communication channels more dynamic and engaging for both internal and external communications.
- Audience Engagement: Create easy-to-understand internal communications deliverables tailored to various diverse internal audiences.
- Culture & Change: Support major culture-building efforts and critical change management initiatives through coordinated communications channels.
- Tech Optimization: Leverage modern technology tools—including AI and best-in-class internal communications platforms—to continuously find new ways to share content and improve operational efficiency.
- Safety Leadership: Demonstrate a commitment to communicating and improving our health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience performing specific related internal or corporate communications responsibilities.
- Proficient with intranet and employee app content management systems (LumApps heavily preferred), email marketing platforms (Poppulo heavily preferred), and AI tools (Gemini).
- Preferred: Proficient in creating graphics and short videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Some travel required (10-20% for annual team meetings or site visits).

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
