Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, test, and evaluate cloud systems that support a global enterprise solution, primarily utilizing Azure services (Intune, MDE, Entra, Azure IaaS)
  • Apply security best practices to all phases of cloud implementation and integration
  • Plan and execute the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise cloud solution
  • Develop and manage cloud solution roadmaps that align with business objectives and company strategy
  • Analyze cloud requirements to assess the feasibility of designs within time and cost constraints
  • Collaborate with other engineering staff to evaluate the interface between hardware and software, ensuring operational and performance requirements are met
  • Automate the gathering, scripting, packaging, and deployment of approved software to the enterprise
  • Utilize software development principles and open-source solutions to automate tasks related to the management of products and services
  • Resolve complex technical problems, create and refine procedures, and facilitate clear communication across teams
  • Research and produce high-quality technical documentation for internal teams and the broader organization

Education and Background

Required: - Bachelor's in computer science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering - 0 years of experience with a BS/BA - 2 years of experience with an AA/AS - 4 years of experience with no degree

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and evaluating enterprise-level cloud solutions, specifically with Microsoft Azure services (Intune, MDE, Entra, Azure IaaS)
  • Deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in scripting, automation, and software deployment technologies
  • Experience with software development methodologies and open-source tools to build automation solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic technical roadmaps

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Army Unified Directory Service
