Enterprise Architecture/Systems Engineer

About the role

Bespoke Technologies is seeking an experienced, results‑oriented IT Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to document and shape the client's IT enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision of driving interoperability across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop an IT enterprise architecture that provides client stakeholders awareness of critical capabilities, dependencies, and mission‑critical impacts and risks.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including content providers, content consumers, developers, engineers, and business analysts.
• Ability to work in small teams or independently.
• Experience supporting senior government civilians.
• Ability to gather requirements from various stakeholders and develop an integrated solution.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience (a Doctorate in a technical domain may be substituted).
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).
• Familiarity with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Model‑Based Systems Engineering.
• Experience migrating systems to an IC Cloud.
• Experience integrating systems and tools in a cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working with or in the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Experience with M365 and other enterprise networks, providers, and tools.
