Enterprise Architect - SAP

About the role

This role is for a Director, SAP Enterprise Architect - Utilities within an advisory practice focused on transformation and enterprise solutions. This position emphasizes leadership in enterprise architecture, strategic project delivery, and innovation within the utilities sector, requiring a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading as an Enterprise Architect specializing in SAP S/4HANA for Power and Utilities clients, with expertise in SAP technology, integration, and hybrid landscapes.
• Designing and governing complex SAP and non-SAP ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and process orchestration across diverse systems.
• Driving strategic sales opportunities and managing the delivery of integration projects, showcasing SAP and non-SAP solutions within the utilities sector.
• Contributing to the development of intellectual property, methodologies, and tools, including SAP AI, SAP Build, and open-integration frameworks.
• Partnering with leadership to present solutions to clients and support local sales initiatives, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of SAP ERP experience, with a focus on hybrid architecture and SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Power and Utilities sector, especially SAP IS-U.
• Relevant certifications or practical experience with SAP AI, SAP Build, and cloud platforms in utilities.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, functional design, and ecosystem connectivity.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.
