Responsibilities
- Implementing and enhancing PRM
- Leading techno-functional aspects of at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications
- Proposing and crafting efficient solutions, owning customizations/integrations on CX Cloud Projects
- Functional configurations and customizations including custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers, email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics
- Web-based front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with React and other front-end JavaScript frameworks
- Design and development of integrations using various integration patterns
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience, 6+ years in consulting specifically in the CX domain
- Strong techno-functional skills in proposing and crafting efficient solutions
- Ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on CX Cloud Projects
- Hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations including custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers, email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics
- Deep knowledge in web-based front-end development using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with React and other front-end JavaScript frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience with design and development of integrations using various integration patterns
