About the Role
The Enterprise Architect plays a key role in supporting the overall growth of Pellera by assisting clients in scoping and presenting comprehensive multi-practice solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technical systems to bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. The role involves shaping proposals, driving pre-sales strategy, and representing Pellera’s story to clients, vendors, and employees.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand and analyze goals and objectives.
- Leverage Pellera’s offerings and practice teams to propose solutions that deliver high value to clients.
- Present the Pellera story to clients via executive-level presentations and conversations, clearly explaining Pellera’s skills, capabilities, and success stories.
- Participate in the development of detailed proposals and implementation plans, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize clients’ business processes using technology, recommending process improvements and automation solutions.
- Work with regional sales leadership on strategic account planning and execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management).
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in solution design and architecture.
- Relevant certifications and/or professional affiliations.
Skills
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of various business domains and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ethical and critical thinking.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Location and Travel
This role is based in the Southeast Region of the United States and requires overnight travel for 20-25% of the work schedule.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
