Enterprise Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team at Synechron. This role is critical in defining technology strategy, architecture standards, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture standards, principles, and target-state roadmaps.
• Lead architecture design for large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Drive cloud, data, integration, security, and application modernization initiatives.
• Review and govern solution architectures to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with strategic goals.

Requirements

• Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, TOGAF
• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture
• Data & AI Architecture, GenAI
• Kubernetes, DevOps, Security Architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred

• TOGAF/Cloud certifications
• Banking or Financial Services experience
