We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes intro paragraphs about company, then description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting: It includes: - Intro: "Ready to be part of something extraordinary? ..." (company culture). Could be "About the role"? Actually that is more about company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use "About the role" for the introductory description of role and company. - Then "How You Will Succeed:" with sub-sections: Oracle Fusion ERP Leadership, Oracle EPM Cloud Ownership, Inventory & HR Systems Ownership, Governance, Risk & Compliance Enablement, Cross-Functional Leadership, Vendor & Team Leadership, Integration & Platform Management. Those are responsibilities. So we can put under Responsibilities. - Then "What You’ll Bring:" includes experience requirements: 5+ years experience, etc. That's Qualifications/Requirements/Skills. We need to decide which headings to use. We have Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We can combine: maybe Requirements for mandatory experience, Qualifications for education? Not given. Skills for technical/soft skills. We'll split: Requirements: mandatory years experience, leading implementations, etc. Qualifications: maybe education? Not present. Skills: technical skills like Oracle Fusion, EPM, integrations, etc., plus leadership soft skills. But we must not invent content. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to list bullet points under appropriate sections. We also have Compensation Range: $125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus Potential. That's Pay section. Benefits: list of benefits under "What You’ll Get:" includes many items. So Benefits section. Schedule: "Hybrid Work Week (3 days in office, 2 days remote, depending on role)" => Schedule. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading, then content: either

for prose or

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like specific modules, etc. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph(s): "Ready to be part of something extraordinary? At Cooper’s Hawk, connection is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for passionate people to join us. When you become part of our team, you step into a collaborative, supportive culture built on Uncompromising Hospitality, where standards and genuine care come together to create something truly unforgettable. We could use: - Requirements: mandatory experience items (5+ years, hands-on experience, proven experience leading implementation, hands-on experience performing SOX, etc.) maybe also "Proven experience leading offshore or third-party vendor teams." - Qualifications: maybe education? Not present. Could skip Qualifications if no content. - Skills: technical skills (Oracle Fusion, EPM, integrations, Paylocity, CrunchTime, SQL, data analysis) plus leadership soft skills. But we must not create empty sections. So we can omit Qualifications if no specific content. We have Requirements and Skills. We need to decide what goes where. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Requirements and Skills. We'll put under Requirements: - 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. - Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle EPM Cloud. - Proven experience leading implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: Cash Management, AP, AR, Lease Accounting, Expense Management - Hands-on experience performing SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements across enterprise platforms - Strong experience supporting applications associated with other enterprise processes such as inventory management, HR, payroll etc. - Proven experience leading offshore or third-party ERP/EPM vendor teams. - Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation, budgeting, and accounting processes. - Deep experience with integrations (REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, HDL). - Experience working with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Operations leadership teams. Also note: "The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity."
