Responsibilities

• Develop an Enterprise AI Taxonomy mapping stakeholder AI capabilities, features, and initiatives across the enterprise AI landscape.
• Establish and document a biannual refresh process for the Enterprise AI Landscape, including mechanisms to capture evolving business requirements, technologies, and industry developments.
• Define an MCP strategy by gathering detailed stakeholder requirements, translating them into measurable success criteria, and facilitating stakeholder review and sign-off.
• Support the evaluation of the top two MCP vendors, including vendor comparison, evaluation criteria, and Proof of Concept assessment.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status reports covering progress, key activities, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and team-building efforts.
• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.

Key Deliverables

• Enterprise AI Taxonomy - A structured taxonomy mapping enterprise AI capabilities and features to stakeholder initiatives across the AI landscape.
• Enterprise AI Landscape Refresh Process - A defined bi-annual process and governance framework for maintaining and evolving the AI landscape as requirements and industry technologies change.
• MCP Strategy - A documented MCP strategy incorporating stakeholder requirements, success criteria, stakeholder sign-off, vendor assessment, and evaluation of the top two vendors for Proof of Concept.
• Weekly Executive Status Reporting - Clear weekly reporting covering progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps across the initiative.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Business Analysis, or a related discipline, with recent experience supporting AI/Generative AI initiatives.
• Experience developing AI taxonomies, capability maps, technology landscapes, or enterprise frameworks.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements and translating them into clear success criteria.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive requirements through review, alignment, and sign-off.
• Experience with technology/vendor evaluation and Proof of Concept initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI ecosystems, and emerging AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar emerging AI technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level status reports and presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
