Enterprise AI Program Manager

About the role

This role involves driving programs from validated use cases through implementation. The position requires defining delivery plans, shaping MVPs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring solutions are successfully adopted and operated over time. This position combines program management, AI operations, and collaboration systems expertise. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of AI efficiency initiatives, validating use cases and building implementation plans from discovery through production rollout.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand how AI is being used across workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Take ownership of generative AI tooling requests end-to-end, evaluating business value, technical feasibility, risk, and implementation effort.
• Translate validated use cases into functional product requirements and MVP definitions for engineering teams.
• Bring technical judgment to platform evaluations across collaboration systems and frontier LLMs.
• Cook up cross-functional execution across Engineering, Security, Legal, and other partner teams to drive initiatives through implementation.
• Support administration and operational ownership of collaboration and AI platforms, including tooling governance, license management, and usage tracking.
• Develop and maintain documentation, project plans, and process workflows to enable program scalability.
• Track adoption, utilization, and business outcomes for shipped initiatives, helping establish clear metrics and success criteria.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to turn ambiguous ideas into defined projects with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, Digital Workplace, Collaboration Systems, or related disciplines.
• Direct experience implementing, scaling, or supporting enterprise generative AI tools beyond personal use.
• Strong understanding of frontier LLMs and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience defining functional requirements, business processes, and MVP scope for engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional programs without formal authority over participating teams.
• Experience measuring program adoption, defining success metrics, and evaluating ROI for technology initiatives.
• Working knowledge of trust, security, risk, and governance considerations related to AI technologies.
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as Atlassian, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with platform administration, configuration, licensing, or operational ownership of SaaS tools.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders across business and technical organizations to drive change management.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Digital Workplace, Collaboration Systems, Future of Work, Productivity, or AI Transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise business systems.
• Experience building AI governance, enablement, or adoption programs at enterprise scale.
• Previous experience working closely with AI Engineering, Data, Security, or Enterprise Applications teams.
