Enterprise AE
About Henry
Henry is redefining how commercial real estate professionals generate deal materials — pitch decks, BOVs, and loan packages — by combining generative AI with proprietary data integrations. We're the fastest-growing AI-native proptech company in the world, backed by tier one VCs including YC and already used by 80% of the top CRE brokerages in the world.
Why Now
The top 20 brokerages in the world represent a huge portion of the addressable revenue in our market. We're already inside many of them but need someone to open up the doors to the rest. This isn't a problem you solve with more demos. It's a problem you solve with someone who can map a 5,000-person organization, identify the four people who actually decide, and quarterback a 6–12 month deal across legal, IT, procurement, and the C-suite.
Responsibilities
- Own the 4–5 accounts that matter most. You'll be assigned a named-account list of the largest CRE brokerages and given full ownership of the path to firm-wide adoption.
- Multi-stakeholder mapping and orchestration. Identify champions, mobilizers, blockers, and economic buyers across each account — and build the trust required to get from a $50K team pilot to a $1M+ enterprise contract.
- Senior relationships. Be in the room with C-suite leaders (CROs, COOs, Heads of Markets), heads of capital markets, and procurement teams. You're comfortable holding your own at every level.
- Long-cycle deal execution. Handle procurement reviews, security questionnaires, MSA redlines, multi-year pricing — you've run the playbook before and you know where deals die.
- Co-piloting with the founder. The CEO will stay in senior meetings until trust is built. You're not on an island — you're the one quarterbacking the strategy and pulling him in at the right moments.
- Building the enterprise playbook. You won't inherit a process. You'll build the one we use to land the next ten brokerages after these.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals at high-growth SaaS or AI companies. Proptech or CRE-adjacent experience is a plus.
- You've personally closed $10M+ in ARR at the enterprise level, with at least one deal over $1M ACV.
- You navigate complexity for a living. You've sold into Fortune 500 organizations, run procurement gauntlets, gotten through legal and IT, and brought deals home that everyone else thought were stuck.
- Senior presence. You can sit across from a CRO and disagree with them productively. You're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a cold call.
- Founder-level ownership. No deal is "in someone else's lane." If something needs to happen — a custom proposal, a partner call, a 10pm redline — you make it happen.
- Strategic patience with operational urgency. You know enterprise deals take 6–12 months, and you also know that complacency kills them. You move every account every week.
- A massive chip on your shoulder. You've been overlooked, doubted, or counted out. You have something to prove and no one is going to stop you.
- You're in NYC or willing to relocate (this is an in-person, 5 days/week role).
- You're ready to work 60+ hours a week because you're hungry, not because someone's watching the clock.
