About the role

The role involves managing FireMon's product suite, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage FireMon's product suite, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and partners.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and training materials.
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and post-project reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably in a role involving product management or solution delivery.
  • Experience with FireMon products and industry-standard compliance tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Benefits

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
