About the role

StarRez is seeking a highly driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our College Pads sales team. In this role, you will lead complex, high-value sales engagements with enterprise-level property management groups, ownership groups, and real estate organizations. You will develop and execute strategic territory plans, build executive-level relationships, and drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion opportunities.

Work location: Remote (US). Travel: approximately 25%. This role reports to the VP, Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise partnerships with large-scale property management companies, ownership groups, and real estate organizations within your assigned territory.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, including multi-stakeholder engagement and executive-level presentations.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth, client retention, and expansion opportunities across enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of the College Pads platform and align solutions to client business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service teams to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, adoption, and retention.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs to help shape product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline generation, strategic deal management, and successful execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with either:
    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year of enterprise sales experience; or
    • 5+ years of experience in the off-campus student housing industry, including experience with an owner, operator, or third-party property management organization, with demonstrated experience in sales, leasing, marketing, operations, property management, or commercial leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, consultative B2B sales cycles or influence complex business decisions involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build credibility with and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience navigating complex contracts, pricing discussions, partnerships, or other high-stakes business decisions.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving ambitious sales, commercial, operational, or portfolio performance goals in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong organizational and account, territory, or portfolio management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and operate independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM or comparable business systems, with strong discipline around activity tracking, account documentation, pipeline or portfolio management, forecasting, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Previous experience selling into the real estate, property management, student housing, or multifamily housing industries.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and navigating enterprise procurement processes.

Pay

Base salary: $115,000 USD. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan. When meeting 100% of goals, the expected total annual compensation for this role is $230,000.
