About The Role
We're looking for a Enterprise Account Executive who can take Kastle's story into the boardrooms of the most complex financial institutions in the country and turn conversations into live deployments. This role requires a strategic mindset, a consultative approach, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You'll be instrumental in introducing our cutting-edge AI agents across the operations of the largest banks and lenders in the country.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts in mortgage lending, servicing, and consumer banking.
- Shape, execute, and win RFPs to deploy AI Agents across a lender's operations.
- Navigate challenging, multi-stakeholder sales processes (C-suite, InfoSec, legal, and procurement) within large enterprise organizations.
- Forecast sales activities and revenue achievements.
- Generate and qualify outbound leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Stay abreast of trends in your assigned industry to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the evolution of our sales strategies and processes as we scale.
- Collaborate with founders and forward-deployed engineers to design and present solutions.
- Contribute to content and storytelling that drives enterprise credibility (case studies, posts, event narratives).

What we are looking for
- 6+ years of formal sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years selling to large mid-market or enterprise organizations.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience selling in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated success in selling "net new" products or services that require market education.
- Willingness and ability to build an independent pipeline.
- Experience with modern sales tools and methodologies (e.g. Outreach, MEDDIC).
- History of building strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate challenging technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an early sales hire or first non-founder sales hire at a startup.
- Experience selling to large banks and lenders.
