We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Click here to learn more about our values and benefits" etc. Also remove "Please note that for this position, we are only accepting direct applications. Submissions from agencies will not be considered." That's application instruction? Might be considered instruction; we should drop. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract sections: - About Us / Why work here? Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" and "Why work here?" maybe combine into "About the role"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Intro paragraph: "HR Acuity is looking for a successful, consultative and charismatic professional to join our Enterprise team. In this role, you’ll identify, prospect, and build relationships with Executives and VPs at some of our largest potential customers, using consultative selling to understand client needs, tailor solutions, and expand our customer base through new business sales. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from first conversation through executive-level negotiation and close. This is an individual-contributor, quota-carrying role for someone who does their best work in consultative, multi-stakeholder deals with HR, Legal, ER and C-Suite buyers at large, complex organizations. As part of the HR Acuity team we encourage you to #BeBold to try new things and give you the tools to #WorkSmarter so that we can be #BetterTogether. If being part of the growth story in a start up environment excites you we'd love to chat!" That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

About the role

with

containing that paragraph. Then "About Us: HR Acuity® is the leader..." and "Why work here? Working at HR Acuity® means being part of an inclusive, diverse culture..." plus "Fair Culture Warning: This is an “All-in Zone”..." That's about company culture. Could be part of "About the role" or separate? Probably "About the role" already includes role description; but we could also have a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should fit company info maybe under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to keep About the role includes role description and maybe company overview. We'll include the About Us and Why work here and Fair Culture Warning as part of About the role paragraph(s). Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Fair Culture Warning: This is an “All-in Zone” Everyone from our woman-owned CEO and founder to each individual team member embraces our #All-in mindset. We stop at nothing to hit our goals and move at the speed of ER, but don’t worry, we like to have a lot of fun doing it." That's substantive (culture). Keep. Then "What You'll Do...." list of responsibilities. That's Responsibilities section. Then "What We Offer" list of offerings (benefits? Actually it's more like what the role offers: ownership, tools, seat at category-leading company, collaborative culture, room to grow). Could be considered Benefits? But there is also a separate Benefits section later with health, 401k, etc. So "What We Offer" could be considered "Benefits" or maybe "Qualifications"? Actually it's more like "What we offer" (non-monetary benefits). We'll treat as Benefits? But there is a separate Benefits section with health etc. We could split: "What We Offer" as Benefits (non-health) and later "Benefits:" as health etc. But the instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. We have both sets; we could combine them into a single Benefits section that includes both non-health and health benefits. That's okay. Then "What Success Looks Like" could be considered "Qualifications"? Actually it's performance expectations; maybe could be under "Qualifications" or "Requirements"? But we have separate Experience and Skills sections. "What Success Looks Like" is more like performance expectations; could be under "Qualifications" or maybe we could create a separate section but not in allowed list. Probably we can incorporate into "Qualifications" or "Requirements". However we have explicit "Experience" and "Skills" sections later. So we could treat "What Success Looks Like" as part of "Qualifications". But we need to follow allowed headings: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Experience and Skills; Experience could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Usually Requirements includes experience. Skills separate. We'll map: - Responsibilities: from "What You'll Do...." - Requirements: maybe include "Experience Minimum of 4 years..." etc. But we also have Skills separate. So Requirements could be experience and maybe education? We'll put experience under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe include "What Success Looks Like"? Or we could treat Qualifications as the success metrics? Hmm. Better to follow typical job posting: Responsibilities, Requirements (experience), Qualifications (maybe education/training), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales role, SaaS experience required. Minimum of 2 years in an Enterprise sales role. Experience using a CRM required; Gong Engage a plus. Demo experience required. Formal sales training/bootcamp a plus. - Skills: Exceptional ability to quickly build a prospect pipeline and create/expand existing networks. Exceptional communication, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, active listening and interpersonal skills. Be naturally curious and exhibit a growth mindset. Be adaptable to learn and try new things as the company grows. Experience selling to HR, compliance, legal is a plus. - What Success Looks Like: performance expectations (ramp, 6 months, ongoing). Could be under Qualifications (maybe as "Qualifications" includes expected outcomes). We'll put that under Qualifications. - About Us/Why work here/Fair Culture: could be under About the role (makes sense). We'll keep About the role as intro + company description. - Benefits: includes health, wellness, 401k, life/disability, etc., plus perks: unlimited PTO, company paid holidays, birthday day off, closed 4th of July week and December holiday week, half day summer Fridays* and half day first Fridays*, 8 hours volunteer time, #Allin Shares Program, referral bonus, EAP, remote work environment, etc. Also earlier "What We Offer" includes: role with real ownership, tools and structure, seat at category-leading company, collaborative All-in culture, room to grow. Those are also benefits (non-health). We'll combine all into Benefits section. - Pay: Compensation: base salary $120k-$130k, OTE $240k-$260k. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned except remote W/F/H (work from home? maybe hybrid?). It says "This role is remote W/F/H. Ability to come to the office for company/department collaboration to meet business needs." That indicates schedule: remote with flexibility, occasional office. We'll include Schedule section with that info. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like "Click here to learn more about our values and benefits", "Please note that for this position, we are only accepting direct applications...". Also remove duplicated lines (maybe "Own a piece of the company with our #Allin Shares Program." appears twice; we should keep only once). Also remove "Fair Culture Warning:" maybe keep as part of prose. Let's extract exact text to preserve. We'll rewrite in our own words? Must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details but can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid rephrasing, but safer to keep original phrasing where possible. However we need to format into HTML; we can keep sentences. We'll produce:
