ENT Physician - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the role

This position involves providing otolaryngology (ENT) coverage across operating room and emergency room settings at multiple facilities. The clinician will handle surgical and emergency ENT requests, perform procedures, and manage clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to surgical and emergency ENT requests in OR and ER environments
• Perform ENT procedures as needed
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Provide 24‑hour shift coverage with a 1:4 beeper call ratio
• Collaborate with support staff, including physicians and nursing personnel

Qualifications and Skills

• Board certification in otolaryngology
• Experience managing adult patient populations
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑site setting
• Strong clinical and procedural skills in ENT
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
