About the role
A hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to grow a shared ENT service line with a strong regional referral network. The physician will have the opportunity to build a sustainable practice, expand specialty access, and enjoy a balanced schedule and high quality of life in a thriving community. The position is available ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a high-demand ENT specialty service line
- Provide general otolaryngology care within an employed health system model
- Leverage an established regional referral network
- Collaborate with audiology services and utilize modern clinic and operating facilities
- Develop a sustainable practice with strong community outreach
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Interest and/or experience in growing and building a service line
