Here's an opportunity to work in a high‑demand practice where new patient wait times exceed two months. The largest rural health system in the United States is seeking a BC/BE ENT Physician.

Responsibilities

• See a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatrics, for new and follow‑up visits.
• Perform ENT surgeries with dedicated OR time at a hospital and a same‑day surgery center.
• Utilize established block time for ENT surgeries in a modern facility with 10 operating rooms.
• Work in a collaborative team setting with opportunities for growth and development.

• BC/BE ENT Physician (Board Certified/Board Eligible)

Pay

2‑year guaranteed salary of $650,000 per year, plus wRVU incentives, relocation allowance, and a $150,000 retention bonus.
