ENT - Final-Year Residents & Fellows | Optum Pathways Program

About the program

Optum is seeking career-minded final-year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows ready to get a head start on their clinical career. The customized program will be completed at Optum Tri-State facilities in New York and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care, requiring a commitment of only a few hours per month.

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.

Preferred qualifications

• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in New York.

Pay

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $39.60 - $59.86 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
