ENT APP Opportunity – PIH Health Downey

About the Role

The APP will work closely with our ENT physician providing both outpatient clinic care and inpatient hospital rounding. Current clinic volume averages 40–45 patients per day with only one provider, creating a tremendous opportunity for growth and expanded patient access. This role is ideal for a motivated, team-oriented provider with strong ambulatory ENT experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

• Post-procedure inpatient rounding responsibilities
• Potential limited call coverage focused on patient triage and admissions
• 7 days of call included if call coverage becomes part of the contract

Required Skills and Experience

• Evaluate and manage new and established ENT patients in the outpatient setting
• Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing patient management
• Round on post-procedure ENT inpatients
• Collaborate with supervising physicians on treatment planning and patient care
• Perform histories, physical examinations, and order/interpret diagnostic testing
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Perform limited call coverage including patient triage and admissions, if applicable

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation range: $130K-$160K annually
