Enrollment Specialist (FL)

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA compliance.
• Upholds company values and mission.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred.
• Experience in a related field for at least one year.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative/clerical procedures.

Work Environment

The role involves frequent travel and work in both remote office settings and community-based settings.
