Primary Responsibilities
- Aid in the design and creation of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, booklets, and the annual Viewbook.
- Create digital assets such as email banners, graphics, PowerPoints, etc.
- Edit and review recruitment materials to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Provide administrative and project support for enrollment marketing initiatives, meetings, and campaign planning activities.
- Update content for SUNY webpages as needed.
- Collaborate on special projects and recruitment events as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled at a SUNY institution.
- Interest in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Additional Information
Hours are flexible, typically averaging 20 hours per week. Positions are paid: Undergraduate students at $16.00/hour, Graduate students at $18.00/hour.
