Enrollment Manager - Part-Time

About the role

We're seeking a Marketing & Business Development Lead to help us expand our reach and engage local leaders and influencers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning trial classes into enrolled students.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local leaders and influencers to promote Love to Code Academy
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new students
• Owning the follow-through from trial classes to enrollment
• Occasional after-school, evening, and weekend work

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising
• Experience with CRM systems

Benefits
