About the role
The Enrollment Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to support student enrollment goals. This role involves creating compelling content across multiple channels to engage prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment communication plans
- Create and manage content for email campaigns, print materials, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and academic departments to ensure message consistency
- Track and analyze communication performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of messages
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, preferably in higher education or enrollment management
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
General Carpenter/ Drywaller
Position involves performing skilled carpentry and drywall work across campus facilities.
Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, drywall, and related materials
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
- Install drywall panels, tape, mud, and finish surfaces to smooth, paintable condition
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a carpenter and drywaller
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver's license
General Carpenter/ Floor Specialist
Position focuses on carpentry work with specialization in flooring installation and repair.
Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and cabinetry
- Install, repair, and refinish various types of flooring including tile, wood, laminate, and vinyl
- Prepare subfloors and ensure proper surface conditions for flooring installation
- Measure and cut materials precisely for custom fits
- Maintain floors through sealing, sanding, and finishing as needed
- Inspect and repair damaged floor systems and structures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience in carpentry and flooring installation
