This role is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where children can explore new skills, build confidence, and develop social-emotional growth through hands-on experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support enrichment programs such as Kids Café - guide children through hands-on cooking activities and simple recipesCulinary Club - support older children in more advanced kitchen experiencesYoung Yogis - facilitate movement, mindfulness, and storytelling activitiesKickstart Soccer - engage children in active, play-based soccer sessionsPlan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote Creativity and explorationTeamwork and collaborationCoordination and physical developmentSocial-emotional learningEnsure a safe and nurturing classroom environment at all timesSupervise children during enrichment sessions, maintaining appropriate ratios and active engagementAdapt activities to meet varying developmental levels and learning stylesSupport children in building practical life skills such as following directions, problem-solving, and cooperationMaintain cleanliness and organization of materials, especially in food-based programsCommunicate positively with parents and school leadership regarding children’s participation and progressHourly Pay Rate based on level of education and experience $17 - $21
