About the Role
The Enrichment Instructor will provide gross motor skill development and social-emotional learning through Creative Spirit games for KG–5th grade students. Creative Spirit teaches teamwork and sportsmanship. As a "Be Kind" school, students learn specific skills that promote kindness, respect, and responsibility. Research shows that students learn best through play and physical activity.
Requirements
- Knowledge/experience in the specialization of the Creative Spirit Program for KG–5th grade students
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
Requirements Prior to Start Date
- FBI fingerprint background check
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
Schedule
Positions are less than 30 hours per week and are not eligible for district benefits.
Pay
Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language. For more information on the salary schedule, please reference the Employee Agreements Webpage.
