Enrichment and Supervision Leader, Lower School

About the role

The Harker School is seeking enthusiastic and caring Enrichment & Supervision Leaders to join their Lower School Enrichment and Supervision Team. The team will support students in grades K–5 before school, during recess and lunch, and after school through a robust program of supervision, enrichment, and student engagement.

• Lead enrichment activities that foster creativity, learning, and fun

Pay

• Maximum of 30 hours per week

Schedule

• Morning: 7:30–8:30 a.m.
• Recess: 10:00–11:00 a.m.
• Lunch: 11:30 a.m.–1:15 p.m.
• After School: 3:00–6:00 p.m.

Note: Schedules may vary based on candidate availability. Position begins August 11, 2026.
