How Role Will Make an Impact

Congratulations the Command Group and Staff on Mission Command Art and Science. Directly support staff exercises in a trainer role. Ensure training requests align with the overall strategic plan and vision of the unit commander for each training year. Track all approved events and promptly inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates.

Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (subject immaterial), graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course, and completed the Sergeants Major Academy.
• Possess previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience.
