ENLACES Research Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a research agenda focused on efficacy and outcomes for community schools
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate research activities involving students
• Evaluate program delivery using quantitative and mixed-methods research designs
• Produce research briefs and tools to enhance stakeholder engagement
• Manage research projects, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines
• Support training and mentorship for students involved in research projects
• Analyze data to inform policy and practice based on evidence

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in education, psychology, research methodology, or related field required
• Minimum of three years of related experience in a research director role
• Five years leading research projects, including project directorship or task leads
• PREFERRED: Experience in community- and school-based evaluation and data collection
• PREFERRED: Demonstrated abilities in grant writing and building partner relationships
