Enlace AZ is seeking an experienced Income Tax Preparation professional to join our team in Glendale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for clients
• Handle complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax laws and regulations
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure accurate tax filings
• Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines and state tax requirements
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing tax planning advice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation
• Knowledge of tax software and relevant tax laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Skills

• Tax preparation software proficiency (e.g., TurboTax, TaxAct)
