Responsibilities

  • Adhere to production timelines, manage mechanical resources, and control project budgeted material costs.
  • Oversee the flawless execution of landscaping projects, from won estimates to scheduling, final installation, and reporting.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance installation performance while exceeding client expectations.
  • Lead and inspire teams of skilled landscape enhancement crews, cultivating a culture of excellence and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment where tasks are tackled collaboratively to maintain workflow.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement efforts to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Work with internal mechanic teams for repair schedules and preventive maintenance of enhancement fleet inventory.
  • Conduct pre-project inspections to estimate labor hours and materials needed.
  • Perform thorough site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs of projects for sign-offs and communicate completed projects internally.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to safeguard team members and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and performance metrics.
  • Provide weekly project end-of-day reports to communicate project status and outcomes effectively.
  • Use Aspire Software for project costs and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Aspire and spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
