Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, estimate, sell, coordinate, and oversee landscape enhancement projects for existing maintenance clients.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Branch Leadership, and Production teams to improve client properties while generating profitable enhancement revenue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enhancement opportunities including seasonal color, plant replacements, mulch installations, drainage improvements, landscape renovations, tree installations, and other property improvements.
- Identify enhancement opportunities during property visits and client interactions.
- Develop enhancement recommendations that improve property appearance, safety, and functionality.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and scopes of work.
- Present enhancement recommendations to clients and property managers.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain sales pipeline activity.
- Achieve branch enhancement revenue and gross margin goals.
- Cover property inspections to identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve client concerns related to enhancement projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients and property managers.
- Communicate project schedules and updates to clients.
- Ensure enhancement projects meet profitability goals.
- Review job costing and project performance.
- Aid in budgeting and forecasting enhancement revenue.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial landscape experience.
- Experience estimating landscape projects.
- Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation, and landscape construction practices.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Commercial landscape enhancement sales experience preferred.
- Aspire experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
