Enhancement Manager (49679)
Responsibilities
- Managing all landscape enhancement services and projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work
- Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch’s enhancement service needs
- Supporting the Account Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals
- Understanding client needs via collaboration with Account Managers, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service
- Selling enhancement services and projects to clients
- Training and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actions
- Ensuring safety protocols are being followed by team members
- Interviewing and hiring team members
- Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed
- Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape enhancement projects
- Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used
- Ordering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules
- Understanding budgets, labor, costs and gross profits on enhancement projects
- Other relevant job duties as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in an enhancement capacity.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
Experience with landscape design software and project management tools.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Some weekend work may be required based on project needs
