About the role

We’re looking for an Enhancement Landscape Laborer to join our team. You’d Be Responsible For Performing landscape construction operations. Operating heavy, medium, and small sized construction equipment (front end loader, skid loader, backhoe, excavator, dump truck, construction trailer, hand held cutting and compaction devices).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety practices are followed on and off the job site.
• Ensuring equipment is safely loaded and secured for transport to and from job sites.
• Communicating with your supervisor any job site needs, changes, and issues.
• Ensuring that the quality standards of the company are abided by.

Requirements

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Safeguard assets from theft and misuse.
• Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud.
• Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation.
• Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records.

Qualifications

• Chauffer’s License with DOT Med Card.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Ability to perform multiple forms of landscape construction ranging from basic tree and plant installations, larger landscape construction installations, hardscape installations.
• Ability to lift weight exceeding 50 lbs.
• Ability to problem solve on the job and adapt to site changes as they arise.
• Sufficient experience operation heavy, medium, and small construction equipment.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
