Responsibilities
- Working under the direction of the Crew Leader to complete labor tasks including bed and lawn preparations, plant installations and removals, mulching, sod installation and more.
- Absorb and assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in landscape construction
- Installation and care of tree and shrubs
- General landscape masonry skills a plus!
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
- Team player with high attention to detail
- Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful
- Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must
