Responsibilities

• Conducting site inspections
• Providing hands-on leadership
• Providing guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Driving and maintaining our vehicles
• Training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety
• Handling schedules, reviewing charts and reports

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement or Chauffeur’s License
• Minimum of 1 year Hardscapes Crew Leader experience
• DDOT Medical card preferred (must be able to pass a Medical exam)

Qualifications

• 2 years plus of landscape install experience
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew
• At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping
• Supervisory experience desired

Skills

• Driver’s license and good record
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment

Pay

PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $20 - $28 PER HOUR AND COULD POSSIBLY INCREASE BEYOND THE RAND DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.
