Enhancement Crew Leader

About the role

The Enhancement Crew Lead manages multiple groundskeeping teams, oversees construction and maintenance, monitors and trains workers, supervises equipment usage, ensures safety protocols are observed, and handles administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces
• Maintain existing grounds
• Monitor and train workers
• Supervise the use of equipment
• Ensure staff observe safety guidelines and protocols
• Complete various administrative duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction
• General landscape masonry skills a plus
• Team player with high attention to detail
• Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful
• Custom service-oriented with strong communication skills
• Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork
• Proven leadership skills

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
