Responsibilities
- Conducting site inspections
- Providing hands-on leadership
- Offering guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles
- Training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety
- Handling schedules and reviewing charts and reports
Requirements
- 2 years plus of landscape installation experience
- One year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew
- At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping
- Supervisory experience desired
Qualifications
- Driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
