Qualifications
- At least an equivalent of a UK 2.1 class degree in materials/mechanical/chemical/physics/chemistry, or any related discipline.
Requirements
- Home/UK tuition fees covered.
- Strong background in materials science and engineering.
- Experience with experimental research and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in materials characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, TEM, Raman).
- Knowledge of thermal spray processes and ablation testing.
- Experience with MATLAB or similar programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
Tax-free stipend of up to £27 k per annum for the duration of the project.
