What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
• Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency
• Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in written output
• Apply detailed style guidelines with precision and consistency
• Provide structured feedback that helps AI systems produce better writing
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional command of the written language
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing instincts
• Comfortable evaluating written content across a wide variety of topics and formats
• Self-motivated and reliable — able to follow guidelines and meet deadlines independently
• No prior AI experience required
• Nice to have: professional writing, editing, or proofreading experience, familiarity with style guides, experience working with content at scale or in structured review workflows
