Who You Are
- Advanced English writing and editing experience — you can spot what's off and articulate why.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong editorial judgment.
- Comfortable making high-stakes decisions around wording, structure, and style.
- Able to work independently on complex, nuanced tasks without heavy supervision.
- Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred.
- Based in the United States.
- No prior AI experience required.
Nice to Have
- Background in professional editing, content strategy, or publishing.
- Experience with quality assurance or editorial review workflows.
- Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.).
