English to Japanese Translator - Computer Science

Job Description

We are seeking skilled translators to work with us on a freelance basis. Your role will be to help ESL researchers communicate their science to the global scientific community by translating academic manuscripts.

Requirements

• A degree in Translation or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution
• A graduate (or higher) degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education plus two years of comprehensive professional experience in translation
• Five years of comprehensive professional experience in translation

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in your field
• Experience working in a foreign-language setting is preferred
