Role Description

The role also involves regular collaboration with parents and colleagues to ensure each child’s progress is well-supported. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about creating a fun and enriching environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans focused on language acquisition and social skills.
• Encourage and guide young children in their learning journey, supporting them in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity and excitement for learning.
• Work closely with parents to monitor and discuss children’s progress, challenges, and successes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a harmonious, effective, and fun learning environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience teaching young learners or in early childhood education (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a caring, supportive, and structured environment for young children.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed.
• Degree or certification in education, early childhood development, or related field (preferred).
