About the role

Scheck Hillel School is seeking talented English Literature educators for our Upper School as we continue to expand our educational programs. We are a nationally recognized college preparatory and Jewish community school located in North Miami Beach, Florida, serving over 1,300 students in PKT through 12th grade. Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing yet challenging learning environment for Upper School students.
• Apply strong knowledge of pedagogical practices and learning theories in English Literature instruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in education or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in an Upper School setting.
• Valid teaching certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
