About the role

English 1 is seeking passionate, culturally curious educators to teach English to young learners (ages 3–16) in China. Whether you have several years of classroom experience or are transitioning from another teaching role, this opportunity offers international experience, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to young learners ages 3–16 in interactive, high‑energy classrooms.
• Deliver engaging lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support their growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Valid passport.

• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship available.
